These terms govern the use of this website, operated by Decreta Studio. By browsing it you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
Who we are
Decreta Studio is a Conscious Luxury Branding studio based in Bogotá, Colombia. Operated by: Juan Sebastián Ávila Palencia. You can reach us through the Contact page.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos, the Brandifesting™ method, Decreta's system of 12 archetypes, the workbooks, the quiz and all other content on this site belong to Decreta Studio or are used with their owners' permission, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.
You are welcome to read them and to use the free resources for your own brand work. Copying, distributing, selling, modifying or creating derivative works requires our prior written permission.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully. In particular, you may not:
- Send unlawful or offensive content, or unsolicited advertising, through the forms.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the site, its servers or its data.
- Use automated tools to submit forms or extract content.
Service and investment information
Information about services, levels and investment is a general description. Investments are stated in US dollars (USD). The scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms of each engagement are agreed in writing in a proposal before work begins.
Booking a diagnostic call does not commit you to hiring us.
The Brandifesting Blueprint
The Brandifesting Blueprint is a one-time-payment digital product: a set of PDF modules. It is purchased on a secure Bold payment page and access is delivered by email, with a unique link to the modules page.
Access is personal, non-transferable and lifelong. Sharing, reselling or publishing the modules is not allowed.
Because it is a digital product with immediate delivery of access, it is non-refundable. [DRAFT: have the legal advisor review the right of withdrawal under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 and consumer rules in other countries before publishing]
Free resources and quiz
The workbooks and the archetype quiz are guidance tools for your brand. Their results are a starting point and do not replace personalized professional advice.
Third-party services and links
The site links to third-party services, such as Google Calendar and Google Meet, which we use to schedule and hold calls. Their use is governed by each provider's own terms, which Decreta Studio does not control.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, up to date and available. Even so, errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Decreta Studio is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Colombian law grants you as a consumer.
Personal data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá, without prejudice to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
